Nevada Revised Statutes Section 648.025 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Appointment of Executive Director; employment of investigators and clerical personnel. The Board may:

1. Appoint an Executive Director who:

(a) Is in the unclassified service of the State; and

(b) Shall perform such duties as the Board may prescribe; and

2. Employ investigators and clerical personnel necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
