Nevada Revised Statutes Section 649.145 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Conditions for issuance of license; contents of license. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

1. If the Commissioner enters an order approving the application in accordance with NRS 649.135 and the applicant passes the required examination and pays the required license fee, the Commissioner shall grant and issue a license to the applicant.

2. The license, when issued, must state:

(a) The name of the licensee.

(b) The locations by street and number where the licensee is authorized to carry on business.

(c) The number and the date of the license.

(d) That it is issued pursuant to this chapter, and that the licensee is authorized under this chapter.
