Nevada Revised Statutes Section 654.090 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Officers of Board.

1. Immediately after the first Board is appointed, the members of the Board shall meet and elect from their membership a Chairman, Vice Chairman and a Secretary.

2. Thereafter, a Chairman and Vice Chairman shall be elected annually.

3. The Secretary of the Board shall serve as Secretary at the pleasure of the Board.
