Reinstatement of suspended or revoked license of administrator of residential facility for groups. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]
1. The Board may reinstate the license of an administrator of a residential facility for groups that has been suspended by the Board if a majority of the members of the Board vote in favor of the reinstatement.
2. The Board may reinstate the license of an administrator of a residential facility for groups that has been revoked by the Board if all of the members of the Board vote in favor of reinstatement.
