Provisions of chapter prevail over conflicting provisions governing corporations generally. If a matter governed by this chapter is also governed by chapter 78 or 82 of NRS or NRS 81.010 to 81.160, inclusive, and there is a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of chapter 78 or 82 of NRS or NRS 81.010 to 81.160, inclusive, the provisions of this chapter prevail.
