Nevada Revised Statutes Section 116.795 - Property Rights and Transactions

Injunctions.

1. If the Commission or the Division has reasonable cause to believe, based on evidence satisfactory to it, that any person has committed a violation or will continue to commit violations, the Commission or the Division may bring an action in the district court for the county in which the person resides or, if the person does not reside in this state, in any court of competent jurisdiction in this state, to enjoin that person from continuing to commit the violations or from doing any act in furtherance of the violations.

2. The action must be brought in the name of the State of Nevada.

3. The court may issue the injunction without:

(a) Proof of actual damages sustained by any person.

(b) The filing of any bond.
