Recovery of assistance. The Division may recover from a person who receives assistance from the Fund an amount not to exceed the assistance incorrectly paid to him if he failed to report:
1. Information required to be included in the application which he knew at the time he signed the application; or
2. Any change in his eligibility pursuant to NRS 118B.218.
