Actions to enjoin violations; intervention.
1. Whenever the Division believes from evidence satisfactory to it that any person has violated any order, regulation, license, permit, decision, demand or requirement, or any part or provision thereof, or any of the provisions of this chapter, it may bring an action in the name of the Division in the district court of the State of Nevada in the county wherein such person resides or maintains his principal place of business, or, if such person resides outside the State of Nevada, in any court with proper jurisdiction within or outside the State of Nevada, against such person to enjoin such person from continuing such violation, engaging therein or doing any act or acts in furtherance thereof.
2. The Administrator in the name of the Division may intervene in any action involving a subdivision or interest therein, within the provisions of this chapter, if such intervention is necessary in the public interest and for the protection of purchasers.
