“Business association” defined. “Business association” means a corporation, other than a public corporation, a joint-stock company, investment company, partnership, unincorporated association, joint venture, limited-liability company, business trust, financial organization, insurance company, mutual fund or utility, or another business entity consisting of one or more persons, whether or not for profit.
