Nevada Revised Statutes Section 39.530 - Remedies - Special Actions and Proceedings

Parties may unite for purposes of division; order of court to govern. Two or more of the tenants in common, joint tenants, copartners or parceners may unite together for the purposes of the division, of which they must give the master written notice before he commences the business of division. All who do not unite or give notice of separate action, shall, for the purposes of division, be deemed to have united. The master shall recognize those named in the order of the court, or their agents and attorneys-in-fact, the guardian of an infant, and the guardian entitled to the custody and management of the estate of an insane person or other person adjudged incapable of conducting his own affairs, and as to the interest of each, the master must be controlled entirely by the order of the court.
