Nevada Revised Statutes Section 360.070 - Revenue and Taxation

Location of office of Nevada Tax Commission; hours of operation. The Nevada Tax Commission shall:

1. Keep its office at Carson City, Nevada; and

2. Be in general session and open for the transaction of business during the usual hours and days in which public offices are kept open.
