Validity and transferability of licenses.
1. A license issued pursuant to this chapter:
(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, is valid until suspended, revoked or cancelled.
(b) Is not transferable.
2. Each special fuel user’s license is valid for a calendar year unless suspended, revoked or cancelled.
