Nevada Revised Statutes Section 370.390 - Revenue and Taxation
Violation of NRS 370.080 to 370.310, inclusive. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 370.380, any person violating any of the provisions of NRS 370.080 to 370.310, inclusive, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
