Nevada Revised Statutes Section 97A.040 - Commercial Instruments and Transactions

�Cardholder� defined. �Cardholder� means a person:

1. Who establishes a credit card account;

2. Whose name appears on the credit card issued on that account; and

3. Who is liable for the payment of all charges incurred on that account.
