Nevada Revised Statutes Section 482.3159 - Public Safety - Vehicles - Watercraft

Waiver of provisions is void. A waiver of any of the provisions of NRS 482.3151 to 482.3159, inclusive, is contrary to public policy and is void and unenforceable.
