Nevada Revised Statutes Section 482.326 - Public Safety - Vehicles - Watercraft

Dealers: Location and name of business; designation of principal place and name of business and branches; notification of change of location or name.

1. A vehicle dealer shall inform the Department of the location of each place at which he conducts any business, and the name under which he does business at each location.

2. If a vehicle dealer does business at more than one location, he shall designate one location in each county in which he does business as his principal place of business for that county and one name as the principal name of his business. He shall designate all of his other business locations not otherwise designated as a principal place of business pursuant to this subsection as branches.

3. If a vehicle dealer changes the name or location of any of his established places of business, he shall, not later than 10 days after making the change, submit to the Department such documents relating to the change as the Department by regulation requires.
