Medical Board: Appointment; duties. When the Administrator considers it necessary to obtain assistance for the Department in determining the physical or mental ability of a person to operate a motor vehicle, the Administrator, assisted by the State Health Officer, may appoint a medical board consisting of three members to render such assistance.
