Nevada Revised Statutes Section 487.030 - Public Safety - Vehicles - Watercraft

Penalty for violation of NRS 487.010 or 487.020. Any person who violates any of the provisions of NRS 487.010 and 487.020 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
