Fee for issuance or renewal of license to operate salvage pool; disposition.
1. The Department shall charge and collect a fee of $300 for the issuance or renewal of a license to operate a salvage pool.
2. Fees collected by the Department pursuant to this section must be deposited with the State Treasurer to the credit of the Account for Regulation of Salvage Pools, Automobile Wreckers, Body Shops and Garages which is hereby created in the State General Fund. Money in the Account may be used only for the administration of NRS 487.002, 487.050 to 487.200, inclusive, and 487.400 to 487.690, inclusive.
