“Rebuilder” defined.
1. “Rebuilder” means a person engaged in the business of reconstructing manufactured homes, mobile homes or commercial coaches by the alteration, addition or substitution of substantial or essential parts.
2. Nothing in this section requires any licensed new manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach dealer to secure a license as a rebuilder in conjunction with rebuilding in his own facilities by his employees.
