“Serviceman” defined. “Serviceman” means a person who owns or is the responsible managing employee of a business which installs or repairs awnings, roofing, skirting, plumbing, heating or electrical systems on or in manufactured homes, mobile homes or commercial coaches, except:
1. Any person employed by a licensed manufacturer; and
2. The owner or purchaser of a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach.
