Administrator: Regulation of structures built in compliance with requirements of chapter 461 of NRS. The Administrator or his designee shall regulate, in accordance with the standards established by the regulations of the Division pursuant to chapter 461 of NRS, a structure built in compliance with the requirements of chapter 461 of NRS.
