Nevada Revised Statutes Section 133.155 - Wills and Estates of Deceased Persons

Specific devise passes subject to mortgage or lien existing on date of death. A specific devise passes subject to any mortgage or lien existing on the date of death, without right of exoneration, regardless of a general directive in the will to pay debts.
