New York Agriculture & Markets Law Section 175-R - Violations.

 175-r. Violations.    Any  person  who  shall  violate  any  of  the
  provisions of this article shall be guilty of a  misdemeanor,  and  upon
  conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars.
