New York Alcoholic Beverage Control Law Section 151 - Possession of illicit alcoholic beverages.

 151. Possession  of  illicit  alcoholic  beverages.   Any person who
  shall knowingly possess or have under his control any illicit  alcoholic
  beverages is guilty of a misdemeanor.
