New York Civil Practice Law & Rules Section 7553 - Costs of the proceeding.

  7553.  Costs  of  the  proceeding.  The  administrative  expense of
  arbitrations shall be paid  from  the  arbitration  administration  fund
  established  pursuant  to section five thousand six hundred three of the
  insurance law.
