  105.  Proceedings  on  return  of order. The provisions of sections
  sixty-seven,    sixty-eight,    sixty-nine,    seventy,     seventy-one,
  seventy-three,  and  seventy-four  of  this  chapter  apply to a special
  proceeding, taken as prescribed in this article.
