New York Education Law Section 6803 - Practice of pharmacy and use of title "pharmacist".

 6803. Practice  of  pharmacy  and use of title "pharmacist".  Only a
  person  licensed  or  otherwise  authorized  under  this  article  shall
  practice pharmacy or use the title "pharmacist" or any derivative.
