New York Education Law Section 7202 - Practice of engineering and use of title "professional engineer".

 7202. Practice   of  engineering  and  use  of  title  "professional
  engineer".  Only a person licensed or otherwise  authorized  under  this
  article  shall  practice  engineering  or  use  the  title "professional
  engineer".
