17-148. Bribery or intimidation of elector in military service of United States. Any person who, directly or indirectly, by bribery, menace or any other corrupt means, controls, or attempts to control an elector of this state enlisted in the military service of the United States, in the exercise of his rights under the election law, or annoys, injures or punishes him for the manner in which he exercises such right, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
