New York Energy Law Section 12-112 - Prohibition of waiver.

  12-112.  Prohibition of waiver.  Any waiver by the owner of a solar
  thermal system of  the  provisions  of  this  article  shall  be  deemed
  contrary to public policy and shall be unenforceable and void.
