New York Environmental Conservation Law Section 71-1905 - Enforcement of section 17-1705.

71-1905. Enforcement of section 17-1705.
Any person violating any provision of section 17-1705 shall forfeit to
  the  county  where  the  violation occurred the sum of fifty dollars for
  every such violation.
