New York Executive Law Section 160-NN - Regulations.

   160-nn.   Regulations.  The  department  shall  adopt  regulations
  implementing the provisions of this article, including the  conduct  and
  notice of hearings held pursuant to section one hundred sixty-oo of this
  article.
