New York General Business Law Section 731 - Written warranty required.

  731.  Written  warranty  required. A person who applies aftermarket
  rustproofing to motor vehicles sold in  this  state  shall  provide  the
  buyer  with  a  written warranty which complies with the requirements of
  this article.
