New York Judiciary Law Article 1 - SHORT TITLE

• 1 - Short Title.
  This chapter shall be known as the "Judiciary Law."
• 1-a - Definition.
  As used in this chapter, the word "minor" or "infant" shall mean any person who has not attained the age of eighteen years.
