New York Labor Law Section 524 - Week of employment.

  524.  Week  of  employment.  For purposes of this article, "week of
  employment" shall mean a Monday through Sunday  period  during  which  a
  claimant  was  paid  remuneration  for  employment  for  an  employer or
  employers  liable  for  contributions  or  for  payments  in   lieu   of
  contributions under this article.
