New York Labor Law Section 868 - Separability.

868. Separability. If any part or provision of this act or the application thereof to any person is adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, such judgment shall not affect or impair any other part or provision or the application thereof to any other person, but shall be confined in its operation to the part, provision, or person directly involved in the controversy.
