New York Military Law Section 325 - Inconsistent provisions in other acts.

 325. Inconsistent   provisions  in  other  acts.    Insofar  as  the
  provisions of this act are inconsistent with the provisions of any other
  act, general or special, or of any local law, the provisions of this act
  shall be controlling.
