New York Parks, recreation and historic preservation Law Section 41.15 - Appropriations by the city of Buffalo.

*   41.15  Appropriations  by  the city of Buffalo. To effectuate the
  purposes of this article,  the  city  of  Buffalo  may  appropriate  and
  transfer  to  the  commission moneys to be expended by the commission to
  carry out its functions pursuant to this article.
