New York Public Authorities Law Section 1158 - Duty of authority to maintain and operate.

  1158.  Duty  of  authority to maintain and operate. It shall be the
  duty of the authority, subject  to  any  limitation  on  the  amount  of
  revenues  to  be  expended for such purpose, to maintain and operate and
  where necessary to reconstruct its properties.
