New York Public Authorities Law Section 1211 - Members and employees not to be interested in contracts.

  1211.  Members and employees not to be interested in contracts.  It
  shall be a misdemeanor for  any  member,  officer  or  employee  of  the
  authority to be in any way or manner interested, directly or indirectly,
  in any contract made by the authority.
