62. Survey of historic and cultural properties under state control. The commissioner of general services with the advice and assistance of the commissioner of parks and recreation shall prepare, maintain and publish a listing of all historic and cultural properties under its jurisdiction or control or otherwise owned or used by any state agency including those listed on the state or national register of historic places or determined by the commissioner of parks and recreation to be eligible for the state register. The commissioner may utilize the statewide inventory of historic property prepared by the commissioner of parks and recreation for purposes of this section.
