New York Public Health Law Section 1348 - Hotel sanitation; application of article.

  1348.  Hotel sanitation; application of article.  The provisions of
  sections thirteen hundred forty-five to  thirteen  hundred  forty-seven,
  inclusive,  of  this  chapter,  shall  not  apply  to  cities  having  a
  population of one million inhabitants or over.
