New York Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law Section 1202 - Use of service employees.

  1202.  Use of service employees. The office shall utilize, pursuant
  to a contract approved by  the  director  of  the  budget,  the  service
  employees of the state gaming commission.
