New York Real Property Tax Law Section 442 - Soldiers monument corporations.

  442.    Soldiers  monument corporations.   Real property owned by a
  soldiers  monument  corporation  shall  be  entitled  to  the  exemption
  provided in the not-for-profit corporation law.
