New York Real Property Law Section 398 - Certificate to include dealings pending registration.

398. Certificate to include dealings pending registration. In every case of initial registration, the certificate of title shall include all dealings with the real property, and all statutory or other liens filed against the same, subsequent to the filing of the application, except when they are modified or set aside by a judgment, decree or order of the court. On and after the filing with the registrar of the notice of application for the registration of any real property, and until the same is registered, or the application is denied, dismissed, or discontinued, all papers which are required or permitted by this article to be filed against registered property, except the papers in the action, shall be filed with the registrar as if the property were registered.
