New York Retirement & Social Security Law Section 182 - Effective date.

  182.  Effective  date.    This  act  shall  take effect July first,
  nineteen hundred fifty-six. The right to change, alter, amend or  repeal
  this act or any part thereof prior to that date is hereby reserved.
