New York Second Class Cities Law Article 1 - SHORT TITLE; DEFINITIONS

• 1 - Short Title.
  This chapter shall be known as the "Second Class Cities Law."
• 2 - Term City Defined.
  The term "city," when used in this chapter, means a city of the second class.
