New York Soil & Water Conservation Districts Law Section 14 - Inconsistency with other acts.

 14. Inconsistency  with other acts. Insofar as any of the provisions
  of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any  other  law,
  the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling.
