New York Tax Law Section 1606 - Authorization of lottery sales agents.

  1606.  Authorization  of  lottery sales agents. Notwithstanding any
  other provision of law, any agent licensed pursuant to this  article  is
  hereby authorized and empowered to act as a lottery sales agent.
